Shipping Policy

At My Plush Mart, every order is packed with care to make sure your plush arrives safely and ready to bring a smile. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

During busy seasons or special promotions, processing times may take a little longer - but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Times

We currently ship within the United States and selected international locations. Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on location and customs processing)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on courier delays or holiday demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to check our homepage or newsletter for updates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you haven’t received your tracking email after 5 business days, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package seems delayed or hasn’t arrived after the estimated time frame, please reach out to us at admin@myplushmart.com. We’ll work with our shipping partners to help locate your order and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs and Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, or fees once they reach your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility, as we unfortunately have no control over them.
