Return Policy

At My Plush Mart, we want you to love every plush you receive. Each item is carefully checked and packaged with care before it leaves our hands, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging (with tags attached, if applicable)

To start a return, please contact our team at admin@myplushmart.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide the return shipping details.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your plush arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund once the issue is confirmed.

To help us resolve it quickly, please include a clear photo of the item and its packaging in your email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened plushies, sale items, or mystery boxes may not be eligible for return. If you’re unsure, please reach out before ordering - we’re always happy to help.
